Marketing Support Manager

Role purpose

The Marketing Support Manager coordinates marketing campaigns and training programmes while serving as a co-trainer. The role supports SME owners and staff as they learn to use TikTok, generative AI tools such as Seedance, and MiniChat X for content creation, customer engagement, and marketing automation.

Key responsibilities

Training and learner support

• Co-train alongside lead trainers in TikTok, generative AI, Seedance, and MiniChat X workshops.

• Demonstrate tools, guide hands-on exercises, and help learners complete practical tasks during class.

• Explain concepts in clear, practical terms suited to SME owners and their teams.

• Help learners troubleshoot account setup, content creation, campaign workflows, and platform use.

• Follow up after training to answer questions and help learners apply what they have learned.

• Prepare and update training slides, exercises, guides, demo accounts, and FAQs with the lead trainers.

Marketing and campaign support

• Coordinate campaigns for courses, workshops, events, and MiniChat X.

• Prepare and review social posts, email newsletters, WhatsApp invitations, landing-page content, and promotional materials.

• Maintain the marketing calendar and check that campaign information is accurate before publication.

• Monitor enquiries, registrations, and campaign results, and coordinate timely follow-up with the sales team.

MiniChat X onboarding and customer support

• Guide SME customers through MiniChat X onboarding and basic setup.

• Teach customers how to use relevant features, including CRM, AI Agent, appointment booking, messaging, and automation workflows.

• Gather user feedback and recurring questions to improve training materials and customer support.

Programme and team coordination

• Work with trainers, partners, venues, and internal teams to prepare and deliver training sessions.

• Coordinate learner communications, attendance, materials, feedback, and post-course follow-up.

• Assign and review marketing support tasks to keep campaigns and programmes on schedule.

• Report on campaign performance, learner feedback, and common support issues.

Requirements

• Experience in digital marketing, training support, customer education, or a related role.

• Confidence speaking to groups and guiding learners through hands-on exercises.

• Practical knowledge of TikTok marketing and content creation.

• Familiarity with generative AI tools and a willingness to stay current with Seedance and similar platforms.

• Ability to learn MiniChat X thoroughly and demonstrate its features to SME users.

• Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.

• Training or facilitation experience, including ACLP, is an advantage.

Measures of success

• Learners can complete practical exercises and apply the tools in their businesses.

• Training sessions and marketing campaigns are delivered on schedule.

• Customers receive clear onboarding and timely support.

• Learner feedback, customer questions, and campaign results lead to useful improvements.
