Job summary

Wolters Kluwer is seeking a Marketing Specialist, APAC for its flagship B2B SaaS portfolio, based in Singapore with hybrid work arrangements. You will collaborate with APAC and ME Sales leaders to develop and execute quarterly and annual marketing plans, ensuring regional initiatives align with global priorities.

You will implement ABM campaigns, work with content and product marketing to tailor messaging, and measure KPIs to drive growth.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of B2B marketing experience in software/SaaS.
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms.
  • Strong English communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to travel across APAC ~30%.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute APAC field marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead ABM campaigns across emails, webinars, events, landing pages and digital ads.

Job description

We're looking for a Marketing Specialist, APAC for our flagship B2B SaaS software portfolio. You will report to the Marketing Director. You will collaborate closely with APAC and Middel East Sales leaders to develop and execute quarterly and annual marketing plans, ensuring regional initiatives align with global marketing priorities and support business growth objectives. This is a Permanent Full-Time position, to be based in Shenton Way, Singapore (hybrid working arrangements, working from home 3 days per week).

About the role

Develop and execute a field marketing plan in line with overall business objectives for the APAC region. Conduct in-depth market research to comprehend regional trends and competitive landscapes, shaping targeted marketing campaigns. Implement comprehensive ABM campaigns, covering emails, nurturing, webinars, events, landing pages, and digital advertising, to drive lead generation and support sales efforts. Collaborate closely with the content and product marketing team to craft compelling and personalized materials, ensuring messaging resonates with the target audience. Foster seamless alignment between marketing and sales efforts by working closely with local sales teams, channel partners, and other stakeholders. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing initiatives, continuously optimizing strategies for improvement.

About You
  • 3+ years of B2B marketing experience; experience in a software, SaaS, cloud, or technology company is highly preferred.
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., Marketo, Eloqua, HubSpot, Salesforce) is highly preferred.
  • Strong English communication, project management, and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to collaborate across teams and influence stakeholders.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on measurable business outcomes.
  • Ability to travel across APAC, with approximately 30% travel required.
