Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant marketing/business development experience in construction, M&E, engineering, or built environment.
• Proven experience in client and stakeholder management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the Company's M&E construction capabilities, projects, services and expertise.
• Identify new business opportunities and market segments within construction and M&E industry.
• Conduct market research and monitor industry trends, competitors and opportunities.
• Support business development activities, including preparation of profiles, presentations, proposals and marketing materials.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, developers, suppliers and stakeholders.
