Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD in Singapore seeks a Marketing Communications professional to develop plans aligned with business priorities, coordinate content, and manage materials across product portfolios. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related discipline.
• Experience in marketing communications, product marketing, content development, brand management or sales enablement.
• Experience developing product communications, packaging, brochures, campaign materials, and sales-support tools with knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Strong project and stakeholder management across regional and global teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, copywriting, and attention to detail.

Job Scope

• Develop Marketing Communications Plans
• Develop and coordinate marketing communications plans aligned with business priorities, product strategies and launch schedules.
• Manage Marketing Content and Materials
• Lead the development of product brochures, catalogues, packaging, sales presentations, campaign materials, point-of-sale materials and other marketing communications for the assigned product portfolio.
• Support Product Launches and Campaigns
• Develop communication concepts, launch toolkits and campaign materials to support new product introductions and marketing initiatives. Ensure materials are delivered accurately and on schedule.
• Manage Customer Online Portal
• Manage the content, structure and ongoing maintenance of the regional online portal for customers.
• Coordinate product information, marketing materials, technical documents and customer resources with relevant stakeholders, while improving content accessibility, accuracy and portal usage.
• Manage Stakeholders, Agencies and Projects
• Collaborate with product management, sales teams, local marketing teams and global teams in Germany to develop marketing materials. Manage agencies, suppliers, project timelines and budgets where required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in marketing communications, product marketing, content development, brand management or sales enablement.
• Experience developing product communications, packaging, brochures, campaign materials, presentations and other sales-support tools, with a working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with regional and global teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with good copywriting, visual-briefing, organisational and attention-to-detail capabilities.
