Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate marketing communications plans aligned with business priorities, product strategies and launch schedules.
• Lead the development of product brochures, catalogues, packaging, sales presentations and campaign materials for the assigned product portfolio.
• Develop communication concepts, launch toolkits and campaign materials to support new product introductions and marketing initiatives.
• Manage the regional customer online portal content, structure and maintenance; coordinate product info, materials and resources with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with product, sales and marketing teams and Germany teams to develop marketing materials; manage agencies, suppliers, timelines and budgets.

Job description

Develop Marketing Communications Plans

• Develop and coordinate marketing communications plans aligned with business priorities, product strategies and launch schedules.

Manage Marketing Content and Materials

• Lead the development of product brochures, catalogues, packaging, sales presentations, campaign materials, point-of-sale materials and other marketing communications for the assigned product portfolio.

Support Product Launches and Campaigns

• Develop communication concepts, launch toolkits and campaign materials to support new product introductions and marketing initiatives. Ensure materials are delivered accurately and on schedule.

Manage Customer Online Portal

• Manage the content, structure and ongoing maintenance of the regional online portal for customers. Coordinate product information, marketing materials, technical documents and customer resources with relevant stakeholders, while improving content accessibility, accuracy and portal usage.

Manage Stakeholders, Agencies and Projects

• Collaborate with product management, sales teams, local marketing teams and global teams in Germany to develop marketing materials. Manage agencies, suppliers, project timelines and budgets where required.
