Swift Search Global Pte Ltd is seeking a dynamic Business Development and Marketing professional to strengthen the company’s visibility in the construction and M&E engineering sector in Singapore.

You will drive opportunities, build relationships with developers, consultants and main contractors, and coordinate market intelligence with management to shape growth strategies. Strong communication and MS Office skills are essential.

Formación

• 5+ years of marketing, BD or related commercial experience.
• Relevant experience in construction M&E industry required.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore construction industry and key stakeholders.
• Ability to communicate with consultants, contractors, developers and management.
• Proficient in MS Office; PowerPoint, Excel, Word.
• Self-motivated, organized and able to work independently.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development and marketing initiatives to strengthen the company's presence in the construction and M&E engineering sector.

• Explore new business opportunities, identify potential clients and monitor upcoming construction projects.

• Build and maintain strong working relationships with developers, consultants, main contractors and other industry stakeholders.

• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities and potential business opportunities.

• Prepare corporate presentations, company profiles, business proposals and marketing materials.

• Represent the company at industry events, networking sessions and client meetings.

• Work closely with management to develop business strategies and expand the company's client network.

• Coordinate with engineering, project and commercial teams to gather relevant information for business development activities.

• Support corporate branding, marketing communications and promotional initiatives.

• Provide market insights and recommendations to support business planning and growth.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.

• Relevant working experience in the construction M&E industry is required.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in marketing, business development or a related commercial function.

• Good understanding of Singapore's construction industry, including project opportunities and key industry stakeholders.

• Experience in developing business opportunities and managing client relationships.

• Able to communicate effectively with consultants, contractors, developers and management.

• Strong commercial awareness, analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Confident in conducting presentations, attending client meetings and developing business relationships.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Excel and Word.

• Self-motivated, organised and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
