Job summary

trust recruit pte. ltd. in Singapore is seeking a seasoned Marketing and Business Development professional to lead growth in the M&E construction sector. You will develop strategies, identify opportunities, and build a strong network of clients, consultants, contractors and developers.

Collaborate with Engineering, Project, Commercial and Management teams to gather project information, monitor industry trends, and prepare proposals, presentations and marketing materials to win tenders.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Construction Management, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant marketing/business development experience within the M&E construction, engineering or built environment industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing and business development strategies to promote the Company’s M&E construction capabilities, projects and services.
• Identify new business opportunities, potential clients and market segments within the construction and M&E industry.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, developers and other industry stakeholders.
• Conduct market research and monitor industry trends, competitors and potential business opportunities.
• Support the preparation of company profiles, presentations, proposals, marketing materials and tender submissions.
• Coordinate client engagement activities, corporate events, networking activities and marketing campaigns.
• Maintain corporate branding and communications, including brochures, presentations, project case studies and other marketing content.
• Work closely with Engineering, Project, Commercial and Management teams to gather project information and support business development initiatives.
• Provide market insights and recommendations to management and support other strategic assignments as required.
