A leading dairy company in Singapore is seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to drive brand growth across a diverse FMCG portfolio. This role involves full-cycle campaign management, strategy development, and performance tracking to ensure impactful marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess a degree in Marketing or a related field and have 4-6 years of experience in FMCG marketing, along with strong project management and creative skills. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with international markets.
We are looking for a dynamic, hands‑on Marketing Manager to support our fast‑growing FMCG portfolio across dairy, food commodities, functional products and beverages. This role is pivotal in driving brand growth across multiple international markets.
Working closely with the Senior Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for translating overall marketing strategy into impactful, creative and well‑executed campaigns. You will lead full‑cycle campaign management—from ideation and planning to execution and post‑campaign analysis—supported by a Marketing Executive.
The ideal candidate is highly organised, proactive, creative, and KPI‑driven, with strong ownership over campaign outcomes.
Work closely with the Senior Marketing Manager to understand the brand direction, marketing strategy and market needs for each product and country.
Develop campaign concepts and annual campaign calendars based on business goals, category insights, consumer behaviour, and competitor trends.
Lead end‑to‑end campaign management: brainstorming, creative planning, asset development, channel selection, execution and optimisation.
Oversee campaign workflows, timelines and deliverables; ensure smooth coordination between internal teams and external partners/agencies.
Guide the Marketing Executive on day‑to‑day campaign tasks, ensuring accurate and timely execution.
Work with designers, agencies and internal stakeholders to develop campaign creatives, digital assets, trade materials and social content.
Ensure brand consistency across all executions.
Develop campaigns tailored for key channels: retail, distributors, e‑commerce, social media, events, KOL/KOC, trade shows, and offline activation.
Coordinate with cross‑functional teams such as Sales and BDs to deliver aligned and effective campaigns.
Define campaign KPIs aligned to business objectives.
Monitor, analyse and report campaign performance against KPIs; gather insights for continuous improvement.
Recommend optimisations and learnings for future campaigns.
Strong understanding of FMCG marketing, brand management and campaign strategy across digital and offline channels.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns, deadlines and stakeholders.
Creative thinker with strong problem‑solving abilities and a passion for concept ideation.
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills to evaluate campaign performance and derive insights.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in campaign management tools, digital advertising platforms and social media ecosystems.
Comfortable working with designers and agencies; basic understanding of creative direction and asset development.
Experience with performance tracking, dashboards or basic analytics tools (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Amazon Ads).
Highly motivated, resourceful, detail‑oriented and hands‑on.
Ability to work independently yet collaboratively across teams and markets.
Strong ownership mindset—able to take a campaign from brief to launch confidently.
Creative yet commercially minded; able to balance ideation with business needs.
Adaptable in a fast‑paced environment with shifting priorities.
Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
4–6 years of relevant FMCG marketing or campaign management experience.
Experience with international markets is an advantage but not required.
