Job Summary

Lead the company's digital marketing and social media efforts by developing and executing strategic campaigns that boost brand awareness, engage target audiences, and generate qualified business leads.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies that increase brand visibility and audience engagement to support business growth objectives
• Plan, manage, and optimize paid social media campaigns on LinkedIn, Facebook, WeChat, and Xiao Hong Shu (RED) to drive lead generation and maximize ROI
• Create, curate, and publish diverse digital content including videos, graphics, articles, and marketing collateral tailored to target audiences
• Produce engaging short-form video content and collaborate with internal teams on campaign concepts, messaging, and creative direction
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align marketing campaigns with business priorities and goals
• Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing opportunities to maintain a competitive online presence
• Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and provide regular reports with actionable recommendations to improve engagement and conversions
• Manage social media communities by responding promptly and professionally to enquiries, comments, and messages
• Coordinate with external agencies, designers, photographers, videographers, and vendors to ensure consistent branding and high-quality campaign delivery
• Continuously identify and implement improvements to digital marketing effectiveness and brand positioning to support overall business growth

Required competencies and certifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business, or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing social media, digital marketing, or content marketing campaigns
• Proven ability to develop and execute paid social media campaigns on LinkedIn, Facebook, WeChat, and Xiao Hong Shu (RED)
• Hands-on skills in content creation including copywriting, graphic coordination, photography, and video production/editing for digital platforms
• Strong knowledge of social media algorithms, audience targeting, campaign optimization, SEO/SEM basics, and digital marketing analytics
• Proficient storytelling, copywriting, and visual communication skills to create engaging content for diverse audiences
• Proficiency with social media management, analytics, and content creation tools such as Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, and Google Analytics
• Excellent project management skills to organize and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills to collaborate effectively across departments
