Job summary

AFITTY PTE. LTD. is seeking a dynamic content leader to develop and execute cross-platform content strategies across WeChat, Xiaohongshu, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and more.

You will oversee regional teams of content creators, designers and editors, coordinate calendars and budgets, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality and client satisfaction. Qualifications

• Relevant experience in social media, content marketing and client project management.
• Experience leading regional teams across multiple locations.
• Experience setting team objectives, allocating resources, coaching staff and managing performance.
• Familiarity with the listed social platforms.
• Strong copywriting, editing, communication and organisational skills.
• Commercial awareness and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Experience in professional services, agency account management or media relations is an advantage.
