Job summary

ABERDEEN CORPORATE MANAGEMENT SG PTE. LTD. is seeking a marketing support specialist to plan and execute B2B campaigns for Singapore SMEs and partners. The role involves content creation across website, LinkedIn, email, and events, plus copywriting and basic design coordination.

You will help organise webinars and SME outreach, maintain calendars and CRM records, and report on campaign performance. Strong English, organisation, and multitasking are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Media, or related field.
• At least 2 years marketing, digital marketing, content, communications, events, or business-development support experience preferred; strong candidates may be considered at entry level.
• Competent in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Comfortable with LinkedIn, email-marketing tools, website CMS platforms, Canva, and basic CRM or databases.
• Good written and spoken English, clear business-facing content.
• Strong organisation, follow-up, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of B2B marketing campaigns targeting Singapore SMEs and partners.
• Create, coordinate, and schedule content for website, LinkedIn, emails, presentations, newsletters, and other digital channels.
• Assist with basic copywriting, editing, visual-content coordination, and formatting of profiles, service descriptions, event materials, and client communications.
• Help organise webinars, seminars, networking sessions, SME outreach, partner meetings, and business-development events.
• Maintain marketing calendars, campaign trackers, contact lists, content libraries, and basic CRM records.
• Monitor campaign activity, engagement, enquiries, lead sources, and simple performance metrics; prepare reports for management.
• Conduct desk research on SME market trends, competitor activity, potential client segments, events, and marketing opportunities.
• Coordinate with external designers, digital agencies, printers, event providers, and partners under management direction.
• Support the Business Development Manager with follow-up materials, event admin, lead handover, and client communications.
• Ensure public materials are accurate and aligned with approved company and partner information; avoid unapproved claims.

• Create, coordinate, and schedule approved content for the company website, LinkedIn, email campaigns, presentation materials, newsletters, and other digital channels.
• Assist with basic copywriting, editing, visual-content coordination, and formatting of company profiles, service descriptions, event materials, client communications, and case-study content.
• Help organise webinars, seminars, networking sessions, SME outreach activities, partner meetings, and other business-development events.
• Maintain marketing calendars, campaign trackers, contact lists, content libraries, and basic CRM records accurately.
• Monitor campaign activity, engagement, enquiries, lead sources, and simple performance metrics; prepare regular reports and practical observations for management.
• Conduct desk research on SME market trends, competitor activity, potential client segments, industry events, and relevant marketing opportunities.
• Coordinate with external designers, digital agencies, printers, event providers, and technology or solution partners under management direction.
• Support the Business Development Manager with follow-up materials, event administration, lead handover, and marketing-related client communications.
• Ensure public materials are accurate, professional, and aligned with approved company and partner information. Do not make unapproved claims about AI capabilities, implementation outcomes, cybersecurity, legal, tax, investment, or other regulated matters.
• Handle company, client, and prospect information responsibly and follow company policies on confidentiality and personal-data handling.

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Media, or a related field; candidates with equivalent relevant experience will also be considered.
• At least 2 year of marketing, digital marketing, content, communications, events, or business-development support experience is preferred; suitable entry-level candidates with strong relevant skills may also be considered.
• Competent in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Comfortable using LinkedIn, email-marketing tools, website CMS platforms, Canva or similar content tools, and basic CRM or database systems.
• Good written and spoken English, with the ability to prepare clear and accurate business-facing content.
• Good organisation, follow-up, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Able to work primarily from the company’s Paya Lebar office, subject to business needs and company policy.
