Job summary

Job description

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing and communications strategies to strengthen brand awareness, support business growth, and drive agent recruitment.
• Lead the planning and execution of corporate branding strategy, events, sponsorships, CSR initiatives, and internal engagement programmes.
• Oversee content creation, ensuring consistency and quality across digital, print, video, and corporate communications.
• Manage marketing campaigns across events, social media, email marketing, and retargeting channels, with a focus on performance optimisation and ROI.
• Grow the company's digital presence and followers across multiple English and Chinese social media platforms.
• Work closely with senior management, agency leaders, business units, external vendors, media partners, and creative agencies to deliver organisational objectives.
• Analyse campaign performance and market trends, providing insights and recommendations to improve effectiveness.
• Allocate budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery of initiatives.
• Support the development and implementation of new marketing initiatives, leveraging digital tools, AI, and emerging technologies where relevant.
• Mentor the marketing, design and video teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to expected quality standards.
• Undertake any other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or a related discipline.
• 6to 8 years of relevant experience in marketing, communications or branding.
• Proven experience managing integrated marketing campaigns, events, and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, content marketing, events, and campaign analytics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage for content creation and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Self-motivated, hands-on, and able to work independently in a lean and dynamic team.
• Prior people management or team leadership experience is preferred.
