You will oversee advertising across social, email, SEO/SEM, manage budget, mentor the team, coordinate events and PR, and report performance to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
• Set short- and long-term marketing goals for brand awareness, lead generation, and sales growth.
• Oversee advertising campaigns including social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and paid media.
• Maintain and enhance brand identity and positioning in the market.
• Oversee the creation of promotional content, advertisements, and corporate materials.
• Lead and mentor the marketing team, setting performance goals and conducting reviews.
• Manage third-party vendors, agencies, and freelancers when needed.
• Develop and manage the marketing budget.
• Allocate resources effectively across channels and initiatives.
• Prepare regular reports on campaign results, marketing performance, and insights for leadership.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and identify new market opportunities.
• Analyze customer feedback and marketing data to refine strategies.
• Organize promotional events, trade shows, and product launches.
• Manage media relations and PR efforts to build brand visibility and reputation.
