Job summary

Pioneer Metals Pte. Ltd. is seeking a strategic operations/marketing budget lead to drive budget planning, channel investments, and cross-functional alignment.

You will guide teams, negotiate with vendors, forecast needs, and track ROI across product launches, sales alignment, and customer success insights to shape go-to-market strategies. You will mentor team members, review work for quality, and ensure brand alignment while partnering with finance for ROI reporting and budget reallocation
