Job summary

Precision Wrap Pte. Ltd. is seeking a results-driven marketing specialist to drive inbound inquiries for car wrapping and PPF services in Singapore. You will own paid campaigns, content production, and WhatsApp-based lead nurturing to keep a fully booked studio schedule.

You will collaborate with front-desk teams, build local partnerships with car clubs, and optimize multi-language ad copy in English and Mandarin to attract diverse car owners across platforms.

Qualifications

Job description

Core Objective: Drive consistent inbound customer inquiries, maintain a fully booked installation schedule for car wrapping and PPF bays, and position the studio as the go-to brand for automotive styling in the region.

Key Duties & Scope of Work

• Performance Advertising & Lead Funnels:

  • Plan, budget, and manage paid acquisition campaigns across Meta Ads Manager (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok Ads, and Google Search (SEM/PMAX).

  • Design and optimize lead funnels pointing directly to WhatsApp Business, capturing qualified car owners (make/model, desired service, timeline).

  • Continuously test ad creatives, hooks, headlines, and audience targeting (segmenting daily commuters, EV owners, and luxury/performance car enthusiasts).

• Content Production & Social Media Management:

  • Direct daily workshop content capture: time-lapses of panel disassemblies, precision knife-work, ASMR vinyl peeling, paint correction prep, and final showroom reveals.

  • Plan, edit, and schedule short-form vertical video (Reels, TikTok, Xiaohongshu/RED, YouTube Shorts) capitalizing on trending audios and automotive memes.

  • Write engaging copy and car-care educational posts highlighting the practical differences between TPU Paint Protection Film (PPF) and color-change vinyl wraps.

• Sales-Marketing Alignment & WhatsApp Conversion:

  • Partner with the front-desk/service advisors to audit inbound response times, message scripts, and quotation follow-up sequences.

  • Implement lead tagging and follow-up reminders for seasonal campaigns, maintenance wash reminders, and wrap inspection checkups.

• B2B Partnerships & Community Activation:

  • Build referral networks with car clubs, automotive performance workshops, tinting shops, ceramic coating detailers, and used car dealerships.

  • Secure commercial fleet wrapping accounts (corporate branding for delivery vans, company cars, and promotional demo vehicles).

  • Coordinate studio open houses, car meets, and influencer sponsorships to drive local brand buzz.

• Analytics, Reporting & Budget Control:

  • Track and report weekly KPIs: Ad Spend, Cost Per Lead (CPL), Cost Per Bay Booking (CPA), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and gross revenue per vehicle service.

  • Allocate marketing budgets dynamically toward the highest-margin service categories (full-body PPF vs. partial accents/de-chrome).

Job Requirements & Qualifications

Must-Have (Hard Requirements)

• Professional Experience: 3 to 5 years of proven marketing experience, with direct experience running lead-generation campaigns for visual-heavy craft services, high-ticket consumer services, or the automotive aftermarket.

• Paid Media Expertise: Hands-on proficiency with Meta Ads Manager (custom audiences, retargeting, conversion tracking) and Google Search Ads; able to demonstrate past ad account ROAS and CPL benchmarks.

• Content Creation Skills: Proficiency shooting with mobile rigs/stabilizers and fast-turnaround video editing using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Rush, or DaVinci Resolve.

• Automotive Acumen: Clear technical understanding of car finishes, vinyl wrap categories (cast vs. polymeric, gloss, satin, matte, color shift), and PPF characteristics (self-healing, hydrophobic properties, stone chip protection).

• Language Proficiency: Strong communication in English and Chinese (Mandarin), necessary for creating multi-language ad copy and engaging local car owner demographics across platforms like Xiaohongshu and Facebook groups.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

• Personal involvement in the local automotive enthusiast scene, track days, or car club communities.

• Familiarity with WhatsApp CRM tools, automated reply flows, and Google Sheets/Excel dashboard tracking.

• Basic photography and lighting knowledge for indoor showroom and workshop vehicle shoots.
