Job summary

EV AUTO LAB PRIVATE LIMITED, operating as T HOUSE, seeks a Social Media & Content Executive in Singapore to craft automotive content, manage channels, and drive customer leads for rapid growth.

You will shoot, edit, and publish high‑quality photos and short videos daily, leveraging AI tools to boost engagement and lead capture across platforms.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in social media management, content creation or digital marketing.
• Proficiency in CapCut, Lightroom and Premiere Pro for editing photos and videos.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools for content creation and marketing.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin (spoken and written).
• Ability to handle high-volume, fast-paced content production and turn raw footage into assets.

Responsibilities

• Shoot, edit, and produce high-quality photos and engaging short-form videos (TikTok, Instagram Reels, Xiaohongshu) showcasing automotive styling projects.
• High-Frequency Content Capture & Production: daily content harvesting on the shop floor—rapid shooting, batch-editing and posting.
• Utilize AI tools and generative software to enhance copywriting, ideation and material optimization for engagement.
• Manage and schedule daily social media postings across multiple platforms to maximize brand visibility.
• Monitor inquiries, engage potential customers, and track lead generation metrics to support sales growth.
• Collaborate with the team to highlight workshop craftsmanship and before/after transformations through brand styling.

Job Summary

Join EV AUTO LAB as a Social Media & Content Executive to create compelling automotive content, manage social channels, and drive customer leads, supporting business growth through innovative digital marketing and AI‑enhanced content strategies.

Responsibilities

• Shoot, edit, and produce high‑quality photos and engaging short‑form videos (TikTok, Instagram Reels, Xiaohongshu) showcasing automotive styling projects
• High‑Frequency Content Capture & Production: Execute high‑density, daily content harvesting on the shop floor—rapidly shooting, batch‑editing, and producing high‑volume short‑form videos and photos to maintain an aggressive and consistent posting schedule across platforms.
• Utilize AI tools and generative software to enhance copywriting, content ideation, brainstorming, and material optimization for increased engagement
• Manage and schedule daily social media postings across multiple platforms to maximize brand visibility and audience interaction
• Monitor social media inquiries, engage potential customers, and track lead generation metrics to support sales growth
• Collaborate with the team to highlight workshop craftsmanship, vehicle details, and before‑and‑after transformations through brand styling

Required competencies and certifications

• Citizenship/Status: Only open to Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents (PR) due to work pass quota limitations.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing
• Proficiency in photo and video editing tools such as CapCut, Lightroom, and Premiere Pro
• Hands‑on experience using AI tools for content creation and marketing
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin (spoken and written) to localize content and engage diverse audiences
• Proven ability to handle high‑volume, fast‑paced content production with a high‑density output mindset; capable of turning raw workshop footage into multiple published assets quickly.

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Background in automotive or luxury retail digital marketing
• Passion for car culture or automotive styling with strong creativity and attention to detail
