Responsibilities

• Film high-quality videos and take photos of vehicles, detailing processes, PPF installations and completed projects.
• Edit engaging short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok and Facebook.
• Plan, schedule and publish content across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and other platforms.
• Develop creative content ideas to showcase services, workmanship and behind-the-scenes operations.
• Coordinate with operations and marketing to select suitable vehicles for filming.
• Stay updated with social media trends, audio and video formats.

Job Description

We are looking for a creative and passionate Social Media Marketing Executive to join our growing team!

At MintGroom, we specialise in premium automotive detailing, Paint Protection Film (PPF), ceramic coating, car wrapping and other automotive protection services.

Your main responsibility is to film, edit and create engaging social media content showcasing our workmanship, services and completed projects across various social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation: Film high-quality videos and take photos of vehicles, detailing processes, PPF installations and completed projects.
• Video Editing: Edit engaging short-form videos, including Instagram Reels, TikTok videos and Facebook content.
• Social Media Management: Plan, schedule and publish content regularly across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and other platforms.
• Creative Storytelling: Develop interesting content ideas that showcase our services, workmanship and behind-the-scenes operations.
• Content Planning: Work closely with our operations and marketing teams to identify suitable vehicles and projects for filming.
• Trend Research: Stay updated with social media trends, trending audio and creative video formats.

Job Requirements

• Experience in video shooting, video editing and social media content creation.
• Proficient in editing software such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro or similar applications.
• Good understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels and Facebook.
• Creative mindset with a good eye for video composition, lighting and storytelling.
• Able to work independently and manage content schedules.
• Comfortable filming in an automotive workshop environment.
• Passion for cars and the automotive industry is an advantage.
• Relevant experience or a strong portfolio is preferred.
