Marketing Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the company’s IT products, software solutions, and technology services.
• Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, websites, email marketing, and online advertising platforms.
• Create marketing content, advertisements, product descriptions, presentations, and promotional materials for IT solutions.
• Conduct market research to identify technology trends, customer requirements, and potential business opportunities.
• Promote software, IT solutions, and services to targeted customer segments through appropriate marketing channels.
• Manage the company’s social media platforms and online presence to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Coordinate with the sales and technical teams to understand products and communicate their features and benefits effectively to customers.
• Support lead-generation activities and follow up on marketing enquiries and potential business opportunities.
• Organise and coordinate technology events, product demonstrations, webinars, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
• Monitor competitors and market developments and provide insights to support business and marketing strategies.
• Track marketing campaign performance, analyse results, and prepare reports for management.
• Coordinate with external advertising agencies, designers, vendors, and other marketing partners when required.
