Job summary

Skills and Workforce Development Agency is seeking a Data and Insights Analyst to support two teams in MXD—MPA and E&O—through marketing performance analytics and post-event insights. The role covers analytics, automation, and AI-enabled content development, contributing to data-driven decisions across campaigns.

The position involves coordinating with internal teams and vendors, building dashboards and reports, and presenting insights to Project Leads.

Qualifications

2–3 years of experience in data analytics, marketing research or related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for data analysis.
Able to translate complex data into clear insights for non-technical stakeholders.
Effective written and verbal communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Marketing Analytics, Research and Implementation for MPA (60%): analyse marketing and website performance to identify trends and opportunities.
Research and evaluate tools, workflows and processes to improve marketing effectiveness across user journeys and touchpoints.
Monitor and optimise SEO strategies and paid search campaigns; support AI discoverability for website content.
Develop and maintain website content assets (banners, infographics, short form copy) and coordinate with stakeholders and vendors.
Post Event Analysis and Insights for E&O (40%): standardise post-event survey data fields and generate actionable reports for leads.
Develop dashboards tracking event footfall, attendance trends and survey responses to support data-informed decisions.
