Job summary

RMA Consultants Pte Ltd is seeking a Marketing & Communications Executive to support planning and delivery of events, marketing initiatives, communications, and stakeholder engagement activities.

You will assist with bi-annual technical meetings, develop marketing collateral, and coordinate vendors and content across channels while working with internal teams and external partners. A diploma or degree in communications or marketing is required, with at least 2 years of relevant experience.

• Diploma or Degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in marketing, communications or events.

Responsibilities

• Support industry engagement events, conferences, launches, and Bi-annual Technical Meetings (BTM).
• Develop and coordinate marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, websites, and posters.
• Coordinate external vendors for events, videos, corporate gifts, and production materials.
• Create and manage content for eNewsletters, social media, and video platforms.
• Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and messaging with internal stakeholders.
• Maintain project trackers, calendars, and workback schedules.
• Coordinate meetings, follow up on action items, and support stakeholder communications.
• Assist with project management activities to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills


• Ability to work effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders


• Strong ability to manage expectations and drive tasks through to completion.
