CanWorkOne.SG Employment Pte Ltd is seeking a Senior Marketing Executive to drive B2B marketing initiatives and strengthen brand presence in Singapore. You will own marketing campaigns, market research, customer engagement and performance analysis while partnering with the sales team to convert activities into opportunities.

The role requires 3–6 years of marketing experience in B2B/tech sectors, strong campaign management, and proficiency with Excel and BI tools.

Qualifications

Senior Marketing Executive – B2B Marketing

We’re looking for a creative, analytical and hands-on Senior Marketing Executive to drive B2B marketing initiatives and strengthen brand and market presence.

You’ll take ownership of marketing campaigns, market research, customer engagement and marketing performance, while working closely with the sales team to turn marketing activities into business opportunities.

What You’ll Do

• Plan and execute B2B marketing campaigns, promotions and events from concept to completion.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify new industries, trends and growth opportunities.
• Develop targeted marketing initiatives for sectors such as EV, robotics, biomedical, research and advanced technology.
• Manage and improve CRM/customer databases to support targeted marketing and customer engagement.
• Create and coordinate marketing materials, communications and promotional activities.
• Track campaign performance, analyse results and continuously improve marketing effectiveness.
• Work closely with sales to align marketing activities with business priorities and generate quality leads.
• Support customer engagement through email, phone and selected face-to-face activities.

What We’re Looking For

• 3–6 years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B, technology, industrial or technical sectors.
• Strong hands-on experience in campaign planning, execution, market research and lead generation.
• Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing data and measure campaign results.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; Power BI, Tableau or Power Automate is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal English with good communication skills.
• Creative, proactive, organised and comfortable managing multiple marketing initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
