Job summary

RMA CONSULTANTS PTE LTD is seeking a proactive Marketing & Communications Executive to support events, develop marketing collateral, and coordinate cross‑functional projects in a West Singapore setting. This 1‑year contract role focuses on planning, execution, and timely delivery of marketing initiatives.

You will work with internal teams and external vendors to produce brochures, websites, presentations, and posters while managing content across newsletters, videos, and social channels.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in communications, marketing, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong project management skills, multitasking, budgeting, and attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication; capable of driving tasks to completion.

Responsibilities

• Support industry engagement events, including conferences, launches, and Bi-annual Technical Meetings (BTM).
• Assist business units in developing communication materials such as brochures, websites, presentations, and posters.
• Manage external vendors for events, collateral production, video content, and corporate gifts.
• Plan, create, and manage content across multiple channels, including eNewsletters, videos, and social media.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align timelines, deliverables, and messaging for campaigns and events.
• Oversee project planning, maintain calendars, task trackers, and workback schedules for smooth execution.
• Provide project management support, including meeting coordination, progress tracking, and proactive follow-ups with stakeholders and vendors.
