WeLead Solutions Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Marketing Communications Coordinator to support content creation, digital channel management, and marketing activities, ensuring consistent brand communications across corporate touchpoints. You will assist in updating corporate websites and social media content, prepare internal communications, and coordinate events.

• 1–2 years’ experience in Communications, Advertising, PR or Social Media Agencies.
• Able to travel occasionally; proficient with MS Office; Canva/Adobe Creative Suite.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and website content management systems.

Descripción del empleo

• Support the Marketing Communications team in content creation, digital channel management and marketing activities to ensure consistent brand communications across all corporate touchpoints.
• Ensure marketing materials are consistent with company’s brand guidelines.
• Assist in the creation, editing and publishing of content for the corporate website, social media platforms and other communication channels.
• Maintain and update digital platforms to ensure content is accurate, timely and relevant.
• Support the development of corporate articles, marketing collateral, presentations and internal communications.
• Assist in supporting and coordinating exhibitions, conferences, customer events and other marketing activities, including material preparation and on-site support.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors to support the execution of marketing communications initiatives.
• Monitor content schedules and assist in preparing basic reports and performance summaries.
• Assist in capturing photos and videos during corporate events and support post-event communications and content creation.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor or management.

Requirements

• At least Diploma in Marketing, Mass Communications, Public Relations, Digital Marketing or a related discipline.
• Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in Communications, Advertising, Public Relations and Social Media Agencies, preferably with exposure in healthcare industry or B2B.
• Able to travel to site occasionally
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Canva/Adobe Creative Suite
• Familiarity with social media platforms and website content management systems is preferred
