Job summary

WeLead Solutions Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Marketing Communications Coordinator to support content creation, digital channel management, and marketing activities, ensuring consistent brand communications across corporate touchpoints. • Familiarity with social media platforms and website content management systems.

Job description

• Support the Marketing Communications team in content creation, digital channel management and marketing activities to ensure consistent brand communications across all corporate touchpoints.
• Ensure marketing materials are consistent with company’s brand guidelines.
• Assist in the creation, editing and publishing of content for the corporate website, social media platforms and other communication channels.
• Maintain and update digital platforms to ensure content is accurate, timely and relevant.
• Support the development of corporate articles, marketing collateral, presentations and internal communications.
• Assist in supporting and coordinating exhibitions, conferences, customer events and other marketing activities, including material preparation and on-site support.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors to support the execution of marketing communications initiatives.
• Monitor content schedules and assist in preparing basic reports and performance summaries.
• Assist in capturing photos and videos during corporate events and support post-event communications and content creation.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor or management.

Requirements

• At least Diploma in Marketing, Mass Communications, Public Relations, Digital Marketing or a related discipline.
• Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in Communications, Advertising, Public Relations and Social Media Agencies, preferably with exposure in healthcare industry or B2B.
• Able to travel to site occasionally
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Canva/Adobe Creative Suite
• Familiarity with social media platforms and website content management systems is preferred
