Job summary

UNISTEEL TECHNOLOGY LIMITED is seeking a Marketing Communications professional to drive internal and external storytelling across channels in Singapore. You will craft content, manage media assets, and coordinate campaigns with a focus on employer branding.

You should have 2–3 years in marketing communications, a Diploma or higher in Creative Multimedia/Mass Communications/Marketing, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator).

• Higher Nitec/Diploma or equivalent in Creative Multimedia, Mass Communications or Marketing.
• 2–3 years of related marketing communications experience.
• Proficient in videography and photography.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage online and offline marketing communications tasks.

• Draft and publish internal newsletter and social media posts.
• Organise trade shows and exhibitions.
• Manage content assets, collaterals, databases, and archiving.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

The candidate

The candidate will be responsible for the Marketing Communication of the company, both internal and external

A passion for storytelling through creative content, articles, videos, photography, and other social media

Ability to think visually and to conceptualize stories with good content creation and writing skills

Able to work independently and prioritize tasks

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinates and manages a range of online and off-line marketing communications tasks and implementation
• Gathers, generates and creates the relevant marketing materials, collaterals, and employer branding content for the purpose of marketing communications
• Drafts and publishes the internal newsletter (design and typesetting) and post marketing content on the company's website and social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn)
• Organises and coordinates trade shows and exhibitions
• Manages all content assets, sales collaterals, database maintenance, and archiving
• Performs other duties as assigned

Qualification & requirements

• Minimum Higher Nitec/Diploma in Creative Multimedia/Mass Communications/Marketing or equivalent
• 2 -3 years of related work experience in marketing communication
• Knowledge of videography and photography
• Competent in Adobe Creative Suite - Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator etc.
• Good command of English, both written and oral
• Proficiency in another language will be an added advantage.
