Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Marketing & Business Development Manager to grow our client base and brand presence in Singapore and beyond. This role is fully on-site at our Singapore office and will suit someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, is resourceful, and has a strong network in the events and creative industries.

Compensation
  • Base salary: SGD 4,000/month
  • Performance bonus: Up to SGD 1,000/month upon achieving targets
  • Total potential earnings: Up to SGD 5,000/month
Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing & Outreach

  • Collaborate with an external vendor to enhance the Studio Mojo website and SEO performance.
  • Conduct regular outreach to prospective clients and partners, ensuring all interactions are tracked professionally in our CRM.
  • Represent Studio Mojo at industry events, trade shows, and networking sessions to build meaningful business relationships.

2. Business Development

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities that match Studio Mojo’s capabilities.
  • Arrange meetings between potential clients and our project team.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to inform business strategy.

3. Relationship Management

  • Maintain and grow a network of decision-makers and influencers in target industries.
  • Nurture leads through consistent, value-driven communication.
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience in marketing, sales, or business development, preferably within the events, exhibitions, or creative services sector.
  • Strong communication and networking skills.
  • Independent, self-driven, and resourceful.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and digital marketing basics is a plus.
