Design or coordinate event posters, digital creatives and other marketing collateral, ensuring consistency with GaiGai's brand.
Be comfortable appearing on camera for social media content where appropriate.
Work with internal or part‑time marketing support to coordinate content production and maintain a consistent promotional calendar.
4. Partnerships & Business Development
Build and maintain relationships with venues, vendors, sponsors and strategic partners to create mutually beneficial collaborations.

Proactively develop a network of potential partners and explore new channels to expand GaiGai's event reach and audience.
5. Operations & Team Coordination
Recruit, train and coordinate part‑time event support staff to assist with event administration and on‑the‑day operations.
Oversee event logistics and delegate tasks effectively to ensure smooth execution.
Take a hands‑on approach to operational matters when needed, while continuously improving processes and building a reliable support structure.
Track monthly performance against agreed KPIs and contribute to the development of GaiGai's overall events strategy and roadmap.
At least 3–5 years of experience in event management, experiential marketing, events marketing or a related field.
Proven experience managing events from conceptualisation through execution, with an understanding of budgets, P&L and commercial performance.
Strong marketing instincts and the ability to drive event awareness, registrations and ticket sales.
Experience in social media content creation, including short‑form video production, and a good eye for visual design and event creatives.
An established network of venues, vendors, sponsors or event partners is a strong advantage.
Strong negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
Highly organised, resourceful and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
Proactive and entrepreneurial, with the ability to work independently, build processes from scratch and adapt to changing priorities.
Comfortable with a hands‑on role that combines strategic planning with creative, commercial and operational execution.
Passionate about creating meaningful social experiences and helping people connect.
An opportunity to shape and grow GaiGai's events business, with room to experiment with new concepts and formats.
