Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years in event management or experiential marketing.
• Experience managing budgets, P&L and commercial performance.
• Strong marketing instincts to drive awareness and registrations.
• Experience creating social media content, including short videos.
• Established network of venues, vendors, sponsors or partners.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and stakeholder management.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive and entrepreneurial with ability to work independently.
• Comfortable combining strategic planning with hands-on execution.
• Passionate about creating meaningful social experiences and connections.

Aufgaben

• Conceptualise, plan and execute singles events.
• Develop new event formats to attract diverse audiences.
• Manage end-to-end event process including budgeting and logistics.
• Review feedback to improve future experiences.
• Own event budgets, P&L and profitability.
• Drive attendee acquisition and ticket sales.
• Source and negotiate venue and vendor rates.
• Develop marketing initiatives to promote events and drive registrations.
• Create social media content and promotional materials.
• Build partnerships with venues, sponsors, and collaborators.
• Recruit and coordinate part-time support staff.
• Oversee on-site operations and post-event evaluation.
• Track monthly performance against KPIs and contribute to strategy.
