Satire Singapore is seeking a dynamic Executive, Events (Contract) to drive end-to-end event delivery—from client briefs to on-site execution. You will lead planning, coordination with vendors, and oversee budgets to ensure flawless outcomes.

We are expanding our team and looking for a dynamic Executive, Events (Contract) who combines creative vision with structured project delivery.
Pitch & Strategy: Collaborate on client briefs, participate in ideation sessions, and contribute to winning project pitches by drafting creative proposals & decks.
Project Management: Oversee end-to-end event timelines, manage sub-contractors, and ensure flawless operational execution.
Creative & Production Synergy: Work side-by-side with internal designers, fabricators, and external partners to bring visual concepts to life accurately.
Vendor & Budget Oversight: Negotiate terms with suppliers, manage project budgets, maintain profit margins, and handle event administrative requirements (permits, licenses, approvals).
On-Ground Operations: Drive ground execution on event days—managing setups, troubleshooting real-time operational challenges, and leading ground crews.
Education & Background: Open to fresh graduates from Polytechnic, or University backgrounds who demonstrate exceptional drive and adaptability.
Agility & Multitasking: Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environment and manage multiple project tracks concurrently.
Communication Skills: Written and verbal communication skills for liaising across diverse stakeholders—including clients, corporate partners, and technical vendors.
Technical Aptitude: Proficiency in standard MS office, Canva & Google Workspace applications. Familiarity with creative software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) is advantageous, though not mandatory.
