Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Banking, Capital Markets, or Risk Management environments.
• Strong knowledge of Market Risk concepts and measurement methodologies.
• Experience working directly with Market Risk users and stakeholders.
• Ability to understand how market risk metrics are calculated and generated, not just reporting outputs.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Experience supporting technology transformation projects and system implementations.
• Flexible and adaptable mindset, willing to support testing, project coordination, and strategic initiatives.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from Market Risk stakeholders.
• Act as a bridge between business users and technology teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Translate risk management requirements into detailed functional specifications and user stories.
• Support system implementation, integration, and migration activities for Equities products and trade flows.
• Participate in testing, UAT planning, defect management, and production rollout activities.
• Analyze market risk calculations and ensure business requirements are reflected in system design.
• Collaborate with project managers, developers, and risk users to drive successful project delivery.
• Contribute to project governance, strategic planning, and process improvement initiatives.
