VISEO ASIA in Singapore seeks a seasoned Business Analyst to gather and document business requirements, ensuring clear alignment between business needs and technology solutions.

You will collaborate with front-office, operations and technology teams on Prime Brokerage initiatives, lead UAT, and drive process improvements. The role involves coordinating planning, status updates, and stakeholder communications while supporting testing and delivery across multiple projects.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst within Banking or Capital Markets.
• Exposure to or experience in Prime Brokerage is highly preferred.
• Strong requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively with both business and technology teams.
• Adaptable and flexible mindset with willingness to support testing, project management, and strategic initiatives.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Passionate learner with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
