You will bridge business and tech teams through the project lifecycle, support Equities trade flows, and participate in testing, UAT, and production rollout while contributing to governance and process improvements. Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Banking, Capital Markets, or Risk Management environments.
• Strong knowledge of Market Risk concepts and measurement methodologies.
• Experience working directly with Market Risk users and stakeholders.
• Ability to understand how market risk metrics are calculated and generated, not just reporting outputs.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Experience supporting technology transformation projects and system implementations.
• Flexible and adaptable mindset, willing to support testing, project coordination, and strategic initiatives.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Profile
