ManpowerGroup in Singapore seeks an Operational Risk Business Analyst on a contract basis to drive risk initiatives through business analysis, project management, stakeholder engagement, and system support. You will bridge business and technology teams to deliver projects on time and with quality.

The role requires strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills, with experience in banking or financial services and familiarity with JIRA, SQL, and Qlik Sense.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Business Analysis, Project Management, Risk Management, or Banking Operations.
• Basic understanding of banking products, operational risk frameworks, and risk management processes.
• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and projects simultaneously.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to present data and insights effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating within cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans ensuring timely delivery.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and dependencies, and implement mitigation plans.
• Maintain project documentation including business requirements, process flows, and functional integration workflows.
• Collaborate with Technology, Testing, Operations, and Risk stakeholders to gather requirements and drive outcomes.
• Provide regular project updates and key findings to senior management and stakeholders.
• Build relationships with business users and support teams to understand evolving needs.
• Facilitate discussions and align multiple stakeholder groups.
• Gather and document business requirements and translate them into detailed specifications for development teams.
• Conduct impact assessments to identify risks and considerations.
• Partner with delivery teams through design, development, testing, and deployment phases.
• Support UAT, defect resolution, and production implementation.
