Qualifications

Experience elicitation via interviewing and structured techniques.
Ability to document requirements with high-maturity methods.
Strong communication and teamwork.
Experience leading training or client-facing activities.

Responsibilities

Define system scope and objectives from user needs.
Document requirements to system specs using structured methods.
Develop visualization, UX and configuration elements of the solution.
Coordinate requirements management and change processes.
Develop and maintain relationships to support scope and expectations.
Participate in proposals, feasibility studies, implementations, and new business development.
Operate as a team member and leader, advising on process improvements.
May lead training of clients and peers.
