Job summary

Singtel is seeking a market intelligence professional to translate customer data into actionable insights. You will design research programs, manage budgets, and coordinate with agencies to inform strategic decisions.

Strong analytics, stakeholder management and storytelling skills are essential for success. Ideal candidates will have a degree in Marketing or Statistics, plus experience with SQL, Python, and BI tools, and be able to present findings to diverse teams.

Qualifications

> University degree in Marketing, Statistics, Business Management, or similar.
< Internship experience in business analytics, market research, or marketing role.
< Strong communication skills, written and spoken; comfortable presenting findings to stakeholders.
< Open to learning new online platforms and working with agency partners.

Responsibilities

> Design research programs addressing business needs; engage stakeholders, identify objectives, source and analyse data
< Brief market research agencies and assess proposals for external research
< Manage timelines, budgets and deliverables; ensure actionable reports
< Program questionnaires using cloud-based platforms
< Monitor markets such as travel in/out of Singapore, foreign workers, prepaid and roaming trends
< Develop and deliver compelling data-driven storylines for decisions
