Responsibilities

• Support market research projects from data collection through to analysis and reporting.
• Conduct research using surveys, questionnaires, interviews, focus groups, and publicly available market sources.
• Gather, organize, and maintain primary and secondary research data from multiple sources.
• Analyze research findings to identify customer preferences, market trends, patterns, and emerging opportunities.
• Track competitor activities, industry developments, customer trends, and changes in market conditions.
• Assist in interpreting both numerical data and qualitative feedback to develop useful insights.
• Prepare research summaries, presentations, reports, charts, and dashboards for internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with marketing and business teams to understand research needs and support ongoing projects.
• Help translate research findings into practical insights and recommendations that can support business initiatives.
