Job summary

TALENT TITANS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Marine Executive to oversee vessel registrations across international registries, marine insurance management and related claims for the managed fleet.

The role is permanent and full-time, reporting to senior management. You will coordinate with owners, legal parties and insurers, prepare ship management agreements (BIMCO SHIPMAN) for new acquisitions, and ensure compliance with COFR, ICB, and other certificates.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Maritime Business or Shipping; other disciplines with relevant experience considered.
• At least 2 years in ship registration or marine insurance claims handling.
• Proficient in MS Office; able to communicate with flag states, shipowners and insurers.

Responsibilities

• Handle ship registrations with international registries.
• Manage H&M, P&I, FD&D insurance and claims.
• Prepare BIMCO SHIPMAN agreements for new vessels.
• Coordinate with crewing and technical teams for documents and claims.
• Liaise with marine insurers and brokers for quotes and cover.
• Assist with COFR, ICB and other trading certificates.
• Support EU ETS and other carbon pricing schemes.
• Liaise with lawyers on legal matters.
