Job summary

NACOS Marine Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a customer-focused Service Coordinator to join our Service team as the primary contact for customers needing technical support and service coordination.

You will coordinate service requests, support field service activities, and work with customers, service engineers, and internal teams to ensure high customer satisfaction in a fast-paced international environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree is an advantage.
• Experience in customer service or service coordination roles.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for customers via phone, email, and other channels.
• Coordinate and support resolution of customer issues with service teams.
• Prepare information for service engineers to diagnose and fix issues.
• Escalate complex technical matters to engineering or support as needed.
• Coordinate administrative activities for service jobs and maintain records.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely service delivery.
• Participate in service coordination duty roster, including weekend duty.
