Job summary

SALLING SEARCH PTE. LTD. is seeking a commercially driven Sales Executive to develop new business, strengthen existing customer relationships and expand our presence in the Singapore maritime sector.

The role requires hands-on business development in marine services, ship repair and ship supply, with a proactive approach to building a robust customer pipeline and delivering tailored commercial proposals to shipowners, managers and vessel operators.

Qualifications

• Experience in marine, maritime or shipping-related sales/business development.
• Existing relationships with shipowners, ship managers or vessel operators are advantageous.
• Strong commercial mindset with ability to identify and close opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities for ship repair and ship supply services.
• Identify prospective customers in the maritime sector and approach them.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations and commercial discussions.
• Coordinate with operations to deliver customer requirements.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and offers and pursue closure.
• Maintain an active pipeline of prospects and market opportunities.
• Attend industry events to strengthen market presence.
