Job summary

Direct Search Global is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to drive business development and revenue growth in the Marine & Offshore sector. You will identify new opportunities, build strategic relationships with shipowners, shipyards, and offshore operators, and promote marine equipment and services.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in marine sales, strong commercial acumen, and excellent negotiation and presentation skills to win new accounts and expand existing ones across Singapore and regional

Qualifications

• Two years minimum in sales or business development within Marine & Offshore.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and developing new business.
• Strong networking with shipowners, shipyards, offshore operators or marine suppliers.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to hit revenue targets in Marine & Offshore.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with shipowners, shipyards, and offshore operators.
• Promote marine equipment and engineering solutions to customers.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and tenders; negotiate contracts.
• Monitor market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to meet customer requirements.
