Job summary

GMP Technologies represents a well established Shipping Brand in Singapore, inviting a motivated candidate to join as Executive (Line Management). In this role you will assist in coordinating between customers, vendors and offices, support sales transactions for existing and potential accounts, and work with the Operations Team to minimize costs.

You will also help prepare trade statistics and liaise with vessel operators on space, tonnage and special cargos.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in maritime-related discipline.
• Open to entry-level maritime candidates.
• 1–2 years of experience in MLO, Feeder or NVOCC acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating between customers, vendors, and employers offices.
• Support sales transactions with existing and potential accounts.
• Work with Operations to minimize operating costs.
• Prepare trade statistics for Line Management Department.
• Coordinate with vessel operators on space/tonnage, and special cargos.
• Assist to book cargo, especially for special cargos.
• Ensure daily communications and problem solving with locations.
• All other duties assigned.
