Job summary

GMP Technologies is seeking an Executive (Line Management)(Liner Shipping) to support POL agent management, capacity planning, and service delivery in a fast-paced shipping environment in Singapore. Open to entry-level candidates; training will be provided.

You will coordinate with Port of Loading, Port of Discharge, Direct Freight and Operations teams on ongoing service operations, and ensure accurate shipping documentation while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Diploma in logistics, business administration or shipping-related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical ability and proficiency with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• POL Agent Management and collaboration with agents to maximise vessel utilisation.
• Monitor agent performance and resolve booking/operational issues.
• Capacity Management: analyze booking trends and forecast capacity needs.
