Job summary

TALENT TITANS PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive sales professional in Singapore to develop new opportunities and manage the full sales cycle for marine equipment and handling solutions. You will build relationships with shipowners, shipyards, EPC contractors and distributors, and coordinate with technical teams to tailor solutions.

The role emphasizes quotations, tenders, negotiations and a strong focus on CRM to forecast and close deals across APAC markets.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical sales, project sales, business development or a similar customer-facing role.
• Marine, offshore or shipbuilding experience is an advantage.
• Experience with quotations, tenders or project sales is preferred.
• Good communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Develop new sales opportunities in Singapore and selected APAC markets.
• Build and maintain relationships with shipowners, shipyards, offshore companies, EPC contractors, consultants and distributors.
• Manage the sales process from finding new customers and understanding their needs to preparing quotations, negotiations and closing deals.
• Promote marine equipment and handling solutions to existing and new customers.
• Work with technical and engineering teams to recommend suitable solutions based on customer requirements.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and tender documents.
• Handle customer meetings, technical discussions and commercial negotiations.
• Keep track of sales opportunities, forecasts and customer activities through CRM.
• Monitor market trends, competitors and new business opportunities.
• Work with the project team after a successful sale to ensure a smooth handover.
