Job summary

GREATSHIP GLOBAL OFFSHORE SERVICES PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced recruiter to source officers and crew for vessels, ensuring regulatory compliance and company requirements. The role involves maintaining extensive crew records and coordinating training, medicals, visas and sea time documentation.

You will arrange travel, optimize costs, and keep payroll-related tasks in sync with the office. Regular vendor evaluation and data updates in ERP are key parts of the job.

Qualifications

• Minimum professional experience in recruitment or crew resourcing.
• Proficient with MS Office and basic data handling.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to work in small teams.

Responsibilities

• Recruit officers and crew for vessels per regulatory and company needs.
• Maintain crew records: training certificates, medicals, visas, sea time, updates.
• Arrange travel and accommodation for crew, optimize travel costs.
• Coordinate timely salary payments and allowances with office team.
• Maintain crew data in ERP systems and update Sign On/Off records.
• Evaluate vendor performance (manning, travel, port agents).
• Annual assessment of service providers with feedback on continuation or change.
• Assist other ops and admin tasks as assigned by management.
• Any other duties as requested by Manager.
