MacGregor in Singapore invites an Area Sales and Marketing Manager to drive regional growth across shipyards, owners, design institutes and agents. You will manage key accounts, execute targeted marketing campaigns, and help close direct sales while balancing technical value with commercial drive.

You will report to the Vice President, Sales and Marketing, Merchant Solutions Division, and operate with a strong regional network, proven negotiation skills, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Technical Engineering or Business/Marketing, or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5 years in technical marketing, solution sales, or BD in maritime/offshore
• Proven track record in customer-facing roles with regional network
• Strong negotiation skills with commercial acumen and market intuition
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills

Responsabilités

• Voice of the customer: gather market intelligence and trends
• Ensure high customer satisfaction across touchpoints
• Plan and execute regional marketing activities and campaigns
• Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities
• Generate and share sales leads with the Sales org
• Support direct sales negotiations for designated accounts
• Support tendering, contract management and order fulfilment
• Maintain Sales CRM tool for budgeting and forecasting
• Execute regional strategic plans to achieve targets
