Job summary

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present weekly and monthly sales reports to the Director.
• Develop and implement short- and long-term sales plans to meet objectives.
• Manage the sales pipeline and track opportunities.
• Monitor KPIs and analyze data to identify growth areas.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
• Address escalated customer service issues and coordinate solutions.
