Job summary

AUTROTECH GLOBAL ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced Sales Manager with a marine industry background to lead sales planning, manage the pipeline, and nurture client relationships.

You will develop short- and long-term plans, monitor KPIs, report to the Director, and identify growth opportunities while delivering excellent service.

Requirements: 3–5 years in marine sales, a Diploma in Engineering or higher, a strong network, and a valid driving licence.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering or higher qualification.
• 3-5 years of sales experience in the marine industry.
• Strong industry relationships and an established network.
• Strong technical knowledge and presentation skills.
• A valid driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present weekly and monthly sales reports to the Director.
• Develop and implement short- and long-term sales plans to achieve business objectives.
• Manage the sales pipeline and track sales opportunities.
• Monitor KPIs and analyse sales data to identify areas for improvement and growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Address escalated customer service issues and coordinate appropriate solutions to maintain customer satisfaction.
