Responsibilities

• Create a sales strategy and business plan specifically for the marine industry.
• Identify sales leads and prospects and develop action plans to reach them.
• Provide timely performance feedback to the head of sales.
• Maintain maximum profit margin with pricing on quotations and orders.
• Coordinate with clients and internal engineers to ensure service delivery.
• Submit biweekly reports on targets, quotations and service attendance.
• Follow company guidelines and ethics in all activities.
• Generate sales quotations and order confirmations using Navision.
