Job summary

RRECRUITER INT PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive sales professional to grow marine and industrial equipment accounts across Southeast Asia from Singapore. You will identify customer needs, propose technical solutions, and manage quotations and closures.

Travel regionally to visit shipowners and shipyards, build strong channel partnerships, provide technical and commercial support, and monitor market trends to inform forecasts and strategy.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in mechanical, marine engineering, or related field required.
• Technical sales experience in marine or industrial equipment essential.
• Experience dealing with shipowners, ship managers, and shipyards across Southeast Asia preferred.
• Strong business development, negotiation, and communication skills are required.
• Self-motivated, customer-focused, and willing to travel regionally.
