Job summary

ANRADUS PTE. LTD. is looking for a Sales Coordinator in the Marine Industry to handle customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and process orders. The ideal candidate should have at least one year of relevant experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and strong interpersonal skills.

This permanent position is based in Tuas West, Singapore, and offers a standard work week of Monday to Friday with a half-day once a month on Saturdays. Candidates should be available to start immediately.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience, preferably in the Marine Industry.
• Willing to take on additional tasks as assigned.
• Available to start immediately or on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations based on customer enquiries.
• Process purchase orders and arrange shipments.
• Coordinate with customers on cargo readiness.
• Issue invoices for supplied items.
• Monitor outstanding payments.
• Handle customer complaints and provide support.

Skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)

Education

Nitec / Higher Nitec / Diploma
