Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue sales quotations and process customer sales orders, including delivery scheduling and coordination.
• Coordinate with suppliers and principals for purchase orders, scheduling, and order fulfillment.
• Follow up on quotations, inquiries, and orders to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle urgent inquiries and quotations, including after-hours work when needed, from enquiry to delivery.
• Place customer orders with the appropriate supplier or principal.
• Act as the main coordinator among Principals, Suppliers, Customers and Agents throughout the sales process.
• Request and manage updates like readiness status, dispatch details, freight tracking, shipping docs, and invoicing.
• Create and maintain filing systems for customer sales cases and operational docs.
• Conduct market analysis on existing and potential regions for growth and opportunities.
